Standard USPS
thelookhawaii.com ships standard via USPS. Items are usually shipped out next business day after being processed pending item availability and credit verification. Orders will be processed on weekends, but will not ship until Monday or next business day. Transit times are approximately 7-10 days to the mainland US and 1-2 days within Hawaii. The arrival time is not guaranteed. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Every USPS shipment is insured. We do not ship to APO/FPO an P.O. Boxes.
FED EX/UPS
If you need a guaranteed arrival time and/or expedited shipping, you may also purchase Fed EX or UPS services, other rates will apply. Please email us at customerservice@thelookhawaii.com and we can provide you with a shipping quote from your carrier of choice.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you decide to refuse any shipments from thelookhawaii.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you and any other charges incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to thelookhawaii.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
