1. Please insure that you return meets the following requirements:
- Mail item(s)back within 14 business days of receipt of purchase.
- Merchandise must be in original condition, unused, undamaged, and accompanied with all original tags and accessories.
- The item is not on sale, discounted or part of a special order.
- The item does not fall under the swimwear, accessories or footwear category (jewelry, belts, hats, scarves, handbags, bathing suits, undergarments, and any type of footwear)

2. Repackage your return securely in the same box or in a box comparable to the one you received your item in.

3. You MUST enclose a copy of the receipt and please note the reason for the return/exchange

5. Keep Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure the package is returned to us. We cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.

thelookhawaii.com is not responsible for any shipping charges which occur from a return. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries.

Once your package has been received and found in acceptable return condition requirements, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. Any merchandise returned that is found not within our return requirements will be shipped back to purchaser and no refund will be processed.


EXCHANGES Exchanges can be made for items other than swimwear, jewelry, belts, hats, scarves, handbags, undergarments and footwear as long as the exchange is made within 14 business days, and meets all the return requirements (as stated above.)
